I am watching Mudbound on Netflix. I am 17 minutes into it. It is good so far. It feels like a video version of a book. It has a narrator. You don’t see that too often in movies nowadays. In the last ten years, there was one type of movie that was very successful. The Marvel movies. They grabbed that success formula and used it over and over. That is the only type of movie I will watch in theaters nowadays. I can’t imagine going to a theater and watching a story driven (with no CGI) movie like The Notebook.... unless it was date night with my wife. I would not mind a romantic movie and a nice meal afterwards. I have not been to the movie theaters since covid19 attacked the world. (That pandemic hit the USA around March 2020.) The last movie I watched in a theater was Avengers: Endgame.
NFT is exciting technology! A lot of new artists will emerge. It feels like Leonardo Da Vinci just finished the Mona Lisa and I am the first one to view it and I know it is special, but I don't realize how special it will be 100 years from now.
Get educated on NFT (you can use Google, YouTube and Twitter.) Do not ask me "What is NFT?" You can do your own research. Don't be lazy.

Ta - Nehisi Coates is expected to write the new Superman movie for Warner Brothers. J.J. Abrams is producing (and probably directing) the feature film.
I don't like how Americans always bring up race. We say stuff like "first black president" or "first black bachelor" (referring to that popular TV show) ... but pretty soon we will have the "first black Superman." I still remember when they announced the "first black Spider-Man" in the comics. It was a big deal. People really embraced the idea and sales of that particular comic book went through the roof.
Hasbro is rebranding at least one of their toys. They are dropping the "Mr." from Mr. Potato Head. The brand name and the family sets will be gender neutral to promote more inclusivity.
Hasbro launched Mr. Potato Head in 1952. Back then it was just plastic pieces in a box (hands, feet, eyes, a pipe and a mustache) and families had to supply their own potatoes.
Today was a good day for content creation. I found a new way for me to get attention. I just needed a jump start from my wife. I asked my wife this question:
" Imagine you never heard of Spotify app. Your friend tells you about it. She said it has every song ever made. You download app. What is the first song you look up?" and my wife replied "Amarillo By Morning." I said "Thank you. I am going to do a podcast about this song now."
I spent 2 minutes doing research about this song. Well, actually I just looked it up on Wikipedia and read the first paragraph. I wrote a few notes using pen and paper. I opened up my Anchor app and started recording. I am 100% sure that Anchor distributes my podcasts to various platforms, like Spotify. Here is my brilliant idea for content creation and also an attention grabbing technique: When people search Amarillo By Morning on Spotify, there is a chance that my podcast episode (with the same title) will also show up in the search results. I learned this technique from a podcast called Lovey's Adventure. I don't know if she did this on purpose or accidentally but when I searched "To Make You Feel My Love Garth Brooks" her podcast showed up in the search results. One last thing.. she also had a link in her podcast bio that said to send her a voice message (a feature of Anchor) ... so ...
