A limiting belief is an idea that limits your full potential, limiting your life experience. First, notice when you speak, write or even think a limiting belief ["I'm not a good writer," "I'm not articulate," "I'm not good enough" (in any way)]. Then shift the focus. Start looking at it as an area you "get to" develop & improve upon (just by adding the word "yet" to the end of the sentence you move into empowerment!)
example: I'm not a good writer yet. (that would be mine)
OR
"I'm working on my writing skills because that's an area where I'd like to improve."
(that would be mine also.)
